- For repair services, you are not required to make any upfront payments. You can pay after all the work has been completed to your satisfaction. We accept Interac payments, cash, or checksFor larger renovation projects that involve the purchase of expensive materials, our payment structure is as follows:25% of the total cost is due at the time of order confirmation.Another 25% is due at the start of the job.An additional 25% is payable during the execution of the job.The remaining balance is to be settled at the end of the works, unless otherwise agreed upon
